eFaktura 2.0 is the modernized version of eFaktura B2C. In this service the consumer enters into a general agreement to receive eFaktura from every possible issuer. A unique address for the consumer is defined and made available to all issuers using the service.

This service is based on consumer agreements between specific consumers and issuers for distribution of eFaktura. In the agreement process in online banks a specific reference is defined between each issuer and each consumer. This reference is used as an address mechanism when sending requests for payment to consumers.

Mastercard Payment Services offers a test environment where it is possible to manage preliminary tests. This allows developers to integrate towards the service before initiating the formal test process with Mastercard Payment Services. In order to get started, please contact Mastercard Payment Services eInvoice-test.
In order to confirm that the eFaktura Service has been implemented correctly, a formal test needs to be scheduled with Mastercard Payment Services.
After having tested the implementation in cooperation with Mastercard Payment Services, access will be granted to the production environment of the eFaktura Service. From here, its functionality is available to be used to reach consumers.
